Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the self-rising flour to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- Grease a mini muffin tin or donut hole pan.
- Fill each cavity with the banana mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
