- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup black beans (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in chipotle ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Warm the flour tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the burritos by placing sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, black beans, and cilantro on each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
- Serve with extra chipotle ranch dressing on the side if desired.
