Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the beef chuck and baby potatoes.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker.

  5. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
